Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Spellkit(“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The Service provides free, browser-based image, PDF, audio, and developer tools. Most tools work instantly with no account required, and new tools are added over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under 14, please do not use it.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
  • Don’t place excessive automated load on the Service (scraping, bot abuse, etc.).
  • Don’t submit other people’s personal data or malicious content to features that store data on our servers, such as the URL shortener.

4. Copyright complaints

If you believe a link or piece of content submitted by another user through the Service (for example, via the URL shortener) infringes your copyright, email us at the address below with (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL on the Service where you believe the infringement occurs, and (3) your contact information. We’ll review and act on valid notices.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, branding, and code belong to Spellkit. Files you process through the tools, and the resulting output, remain yours — the Service claims no rights over that content.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose. As a free service, features may change or be discontinued without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of it. Since most tools run entirely in your browser, you’re responsible for the accuracy of the output and for managing your own files.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third parties such as Google AdSense (ads) and Kakao Maps. Use of those services is subject to their own terms — see the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we’ll try to give reasonable notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
